Designation: Lead Trainer L&D

Location: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar

Shift Timing: 02:00 PM to 11:30 PM

Work From Office- Ahmedabad.

What You'll be responsible for :

Training Delivery

  • Manage the learning environment and prepare for training delivery.
  • Convey objectives and align learning solutions with course objectives and learner needs.
  • Create a positive learning climate and establish credibility as an Instructor.
  • Use various learning methodologies to facilitate learning.
  • Encourage participation and build learner motivation.
  • Deliver constructive feedback to ensure learning outcomes.

Content Development

  • Use instructional design theories and models to design, develop, and/or revamp behavioral and soft skills traning content for virtual and classroom training interventions.
  • Conduct performance analysis to identify goals, gaps, or opportunities.
  • Design blueprints, schematics, and/or other visual representations of learning and development solutions, for example wireframes, storyboards, and mock-ups.
  • Design and implement performance support systems and tools, for example instructional resources, data, process models, job aids, and expert advice.
  • Design and develop learning assets, for example role plays, self-assessments, training manuals, job aids, and visual aids that align to a desired learning or behavioral outcome.

L&D Coordination

  • Manage the L&D functional mailbox while addressing, resolving, and/or escalating all queries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Release the L&D training calendar in a timely manner.
  • Develop, administer, and debrief results of assessments of intelligence, aptitude, potential, skill, ability, and/or interests.
  • Facilitate career development planning process by coordinating with supervisors/managers for helping employees identify needs and career goals, and prepare and execute individual development plans.
  • Use data collection tools, for example questionnaires, surveys, and structured interviews to gather real time training needs.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data through observations, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and/or assessments to to analyze and showcase training impact.
  • Help individuals or teams identify goals, develop realistic action plans, seek development opportunities, and monitor progress and accountability.
  • Source, design, build, and evaluate leadership development experiences.
  • Coordinate, administer and track the learning interventions as directed by the Learning and Development Manager.
  • Maintain repository of approved training content.
  • LMS Administration
  • Manage the Learning module of SAP Success Factors.
  • Maximize the utilization of all the LMS features.
  • Maintain and develop processes, projects, and tasks related to tracking and publishing management information and training data of all the learning interventions hosted on Success Factors LMS.
  • Use learning management system and tools to generate learning reports and publish them to the stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Work with the other trainer(s) and SLHs to ensure that the requisite training related data is uploaded and accessible on LMS on a real time basis.
  • Work with the lms consultants to resolve technical glitches and suggest ways to achieve desired outcomes
