Responsible for full Cycle recruiting - interviews to onboarding candidates for assigned requisitions of our clients across US Must Have Strong experience in working on Job Portals, LinkedIn and ATS Locate and identify potential candidates through the use of Job-Boards, social media, user groups/associations, candidate referrals, networking, etc. Well versed about US Tax Terms like W2, C2C, US Visas, etc. Must have experience working on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) Experience on negotiating compensation to close a candidate.
