The PRM desk caters to the Persona A (HNI) clients of the bank and is a one-stop shop for customer queries across all products (Liabilities, Asset, Credit cards, NRI banking).
This team serves customers on 3 service platforms i.e. video banking, chats and voice calls. They handle queries pertaining to Liabilities, Assets, CCs and NRI Banking, see to it that potential escalations are diffused and an excellent customer experience is delivered on every customer interaction.
