PRM Desk Premium Desk (Customer Support ) Mumbai-1 year experience and 6 lacsgraduate mandatory

The PRM desk caters to the Persona A (HNI) clients of the bank and is a one-stop shop for customer queries across all products (Liabilities, Asset, Credit cards, NRI banking).

This team serves customers on 3 service platforms i.e. video banking, chats and voice calls. They handle queries pertaining to Liabilities, Assets, CCs and NRI Banking, see to it that potential escalations are diffused and an excellent customer experience is delivered on every customer interaction.

Requirements for the Role:

• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience in handling HNI customers
• Escalation management skills
• Banking experience necessary
• Willingness to working in shifts and Sundays and BHs on a rotational basis
• Customer centricity and Sales orientation
• Must be a team player.
