Job Description

• 9 -14 years experience in telecom product testing involving IMS/VoIP or Media Servers using SIP and RTP as protocols
• At least 25 years of experience in CPaaS /UCaaS /Cloud enabled APIs for Voice, Video, SMS
• Good understanding networking concepts like L2/L3, IPv4/IPv6, TCP/UDP
• Knowledge of management interfaces such as SNMP, REST, NETConf
• Responsible for reviewing the Requirements and Interface Documents and coming up with the Test Documents Test Strategies, Test Plans for new feature/feature additions, feature modifications
• Development of automation Scripts for new or existing feature or a sys-system.
• Estimating testing efforts for new features or change requirements during project planning involves planning for what to test, how to test, when to test.
• Owning the Test strategies, Plans and test automation scripts
• Reproduce any critical customer reported issues and work with Development to resolve them in a timely manner
• Optionally, Perform Manual and/or Automated testing of the new features
• Optionally, Perform Manual and Automated regression testing of the old features
• Optionally, Perform Load Testing daily during test execution cycle
• Optionally, detect defects during testing and raise defects in Defect Tracking Tool
