Job Description
FOR A LEADING PRINTING AND FLEXIBLE PACKAGING COMPANY - KAMPALA - UGANDA - EAST AFRICA:
CLIENT INTERVIEW IN MUMBAI ON 15th and 16th APRIL (FRIDAY AND SATURDAY)
CANDIDATES WITH GOOD WORK STABILITY APPLY ( must have worked for at least 3 years in same Company)
Roles and Responsibilities
1) FINANCE MANAGER:
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of work experience in Manufacturing , Printing, Packaging Company, Must be leading a team of Accountants - ONLY CA's apply.
2) PRODUCTION MANAGER: (BLOWN FILM PLANT)
7+ years of Work Experience
1) Should be instrumental in bringing the approach towards providing packaging solutions through product and process innovations.
2) Should be able to work in new market to service packaging needs of specialty packaging like meat and milk packaging.
3) Should handle the operations and maintenance of Blown film.
4) Should maintain the daily production report, raw material planning and production planning.
5) Should be able to attend the customer complaint and understand their needs.
6) Will be responsible for managing and controlling shop floor operations independently.
3) MARKETING MANAGER:
7+ years of Work Experience in Printing and Packaging Company (Similar industry)
Desired Candidate Profile
Sales and Marketing
- Develops the sales strategy to achieve organizational sales revenue and profit goals.
- Plans the range selling.
- Increases customer base adding new customers.
- Market development
- Monitors & drives sales on a regular basis.
- Motivates & drives sales team for sales target achievement Top Line.
Operations
- Networks with and develops strong working relationships with existing and potential client base.
- Negotiates variations in price, delivery and specifications with customers and communicates those internally to the functions.
- Confers with clients to coordinate logistics and delivery timelines and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
- Liaises with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
People Management
- Ensures appropriate workflow management between staff through appropriate delegation of work.
4) SYSTEM, CONTROL AND ADEQUACY MANAGER:
Job Description:
- Audit of process & Systems adequacy to improve efficiency
- To review overall process are being followed on timely basis
- Recommend to management changes that can cut waste from operating procedures
- To ensure the departmental reports and improvement are met on time
- To Analyze data from a range of sources & make informed recommendations.
- To recommend avenues for continuous improvement.
