Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HTM professionals to achieve our economic objectives, revenue and profitability for the region
- Build relationships and work with our clients to add value to their business and win new account.
- Work hand-in-hand with all support department of Sodexo and provide assistance, expertise, and references to jointly grow the business
- Manage the Sodexo teams; Attract, Develop, and Retain the talent; Build diverse teams
- Build Winning Teams
- Foster the Sodexo culture in compliance with the Groups core values (service spirit, team spirit, spirit of progress) and its ethical principles (trust, respect for people, transparency, and business integrity).
- Create an environment that promotes integrity, transparency, trust and meritocracy.
- Drive the HTM business strategy and deploy initiatives to grow and transform the business
- Accountable for P&L for the Punjab/HP/J&K HTM and ensuring targets are achieved
- Manage operations to ensure client delight and operational excellence
- Ensure operations are managed safely and in compliance with the laws of the land
- Deliver unique value proposition focused on Quality of Life; and more generally work closely with the support functions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+years of experience.
- Experience as a HOD Biomedical or Senior Sales & Service position with reputed organization in Biomedical/Healthcare Industry
- Experience in sales & Operation of Biomedical engineering division
- Experience in managing large teams in a multi-location environment
- Good in communication and computer knowledge
- Good in presentation, project plan, Gang chart etc
