Roles and Responsibilities:-
Sourcing from Job portals like Naukri, Linkedin etc
Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates .
Taking care of complete candidate life cycle i.e. Screening to on boarding
Conducting Interviews and maintaining track of each candidate
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in recruitment is preferred. Hands-on experience on Job Portals preferred. Experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter preferred)
