Job Description

1.Provide training by guiding the learner (team member) & explaining basic concepts, training regarding how to do sales of banking products.

2.Establish and define the structure by using Training Tools.

3.Ability to plan & execute training sessions for new joiners & refreshers for existing sales team.
4.Prepare reports on training programs, performance analysis of trainers and trainees.
5.Design training assessments & conduct certification.
