Job Description

Position:- Manager - Treasury

Location - Corporate Office - Lower Parel (West)

Reporting to - CFO  

Role & Responsibilities :-

• Handling banking relationship with banks. 
• Reviewing all loans (TL/CC/OD/WCDL) account data as per banks requirement 
• Arranging and sending proposal data as per companies requirements 
• Supporting bank with relevant data required for renewal of facilities by coordinating with various internal departments. 
• Communicating modification in sanction terms and confirmation of Base Rate / PLR of all the banksv Cash Credit availment / Repayment 
• Confirmation and repayment of scheduled term loan repayments 
• Follow up for charge creation/ charge satisfaction from the date of execution between Banks and secretarial team 
• Stock Audit compliance/ data preparation / Data for IM / handling external auditor/ half yearly due diligence report and providing data/information / banking assistance to internal customers (Departments) 
• Monthly book debts statement preparation and circulation to bankers. 
• Preparation and servicing of interest for Term Loans & Cash Credit and ensuring that bank have applied them correctly, if not recovering the excess interest from them. 
• Quarterly book debts certificate preparation duly signed by Statutory Auditors. 
• Execution of Loan facility documents and review of legal documents and their executing on time. 
• Quarterly Declaration on unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure / End Use certificate preparation from Company Secretary Under ICA(Inter-Creditor Agreement) liaising with Banks/ Cash Monitoring Agency / Rating Agency and others. 
• Should know securitization
