Job Description

Eduladdr is organizing a Pool Recruitment Drive for Sequretek IT Solutions [B.E/BTech Computer Science / Information Technology] for experienced candidates.

Responsibilities :

• Managing Symantec Endpoint Protection.
• Configuring and supporting endpoint security software solutions (Symantec).
• Working on user issues through incident tickets and walking the user through email/call to ensure resolution with Symantec support.
• Testing of SEP on Mac OS and Linux systems.
• Handling virus threat outbreak, severity issues, Anti-virus software issues, Virus and hoax related requests,
• Malware or suspected malware infections.
• Monitor Symantec site for information on new malicious code.
• Creation and modification of Symantec policies.
• Should have good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Working experience in configuring and supporting Symantec endpoint security software solutions.
