Job Description

Ensuring if everything is working in a perfect manner.
The Candidate must show active response while cordinating.
Responsible for maintaining all office work and administration.
Assist in vendor relationship management.
Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- The Candidate must have good communication and client handling skills.
- The Candidate must show active response while coordinating.
- - Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  - Handling customer complaints and processing returns effectively.
  - Responsible to assist general Office administrative work. Should have knowledge of Computer Basic and Internet.
  - - Staff should be in good manner and it's potential of working should reflect for same.
    - Able to work as part of a diverse team, build trust and ask for help when needed.
    - - Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
      - Attending to the queries and resolving challenges of the visitors.
      - Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
        
        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
        
        Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
        
        Manages correspondence with service vendors
        
        Orders and maintains office supplies
