Track & Trace Executive.

CTC for the role will be 2.5 LPA
Location : Mumbai (Goregaon)
Work Ex : 4+ Years

Below JD for the requirement 

Key Responsibilities : 

• Tracking and confirmation for connections as per pre-alert 
• Good communication skills. 
• Knowledge of Logistic and courier companies. 
• Strong Knowledge of EXCEL / MIS - (must) 
• Good Analytical skill 
• Prepare and maintain daily / weekly and monthly reports on time. 
• Strong followup and coordination with the Hub /gateway and regional team and get the work done from the team on a timely basis. 
• Escalate the issue as per hierarchy till end results are not achieved. 
• Need to close assigned tasks on a daily basis. 
• Air Lines , Hub and operations knowledge will be a plus point.
