Duties And Responsibilities

• Managing web services implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively for top global corporate clients.
• Collaborating with management and business operations unit to comprehend and document decision support needs.
• Analyzing and reporting program results to colleagues and leadership team quarterly and annually.
• Suggesting technology solutions to pacify decision-making with a focus on the core systems, technology strategies and standards.
• Perform research and analyze to determine IT business requirements and then translate such into specifications for technical projects
• Provide leadership assistant to several other analysts in planning, analysis and execution of plans
• Focus on the people side of change in the area of systems and technology, processes, job roles and skills, as well as organizational structures
• Work to drive ultimate utilization, faster adoption and higher proficiency on change impacted on personnel in the organization in order for business results to be achieved
• Analyze, facilitate, model, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts, elicit requirements and distinguish solution ideas from business needs

Education Andor Work Experience Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external Stakeholders
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel and emails)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
