Job Description

Cash Processing and Funds Transfer - M2Supervises a Cash Processing and Fund Transfer team responsible for providing quality support to clients with transactions and processes on a daily basis.Develops, reviews, and maintains departmental procedures while ensuring adherence to established policies and workflow.
Understands and effectively uses systems and technology required for cash movement, reconciliation, and trust accounting.
Identifies opportunities to improve quality and streamline processing and transfers within unit as well as coordinating testing to ensure that changes are implemented.
Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent.
Looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. Supervises and mentors team.
Manages a Cash Processing and Funds Transfer team.Responsible for achievement of team goals.
Ensures team is equipped to operationalize and attain team objectives.
Manages the human resources of the team, including coaching, performance management and career development.
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Advanced/graduate degree preferred.5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred. Experience in financial investments preferred.
Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business
