Roles and Responsibilities

We are hiring for Sales Manager for Secured Storage Services Business for Various locations across India.


Position Grade- Manager Sales- Secured Storage Services


Location- North India, South India & Mumbai


(Multiple Positions at various locations like Mumbai/ Delhi/ Chennai/ Lucknow/ Bangalore)


Function- Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management


Report to- Business Head.


Company- A Reputed Group Company having business in Supply Chain Management, 3PL, Warehousing Solutions, Data Center Business, Secured Storage Services, Logistics.


Industry Experience Required- B2B Sales, Logistics Industry, Courier Industry, Supply Chain Industry, Document Management Industry, 3PL Industry experience will be preferred.


Type of Project/ Business- Record Management, Cash Management, Secured Storage Services, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing Solutions, 3PL, Supply Chain, Cold Chan logistics, Courier industry and related business.


Experience- 10-15 yrs plus.


Qualification- Minimum Bachelors and PG/ MBA Preferred.


Experience in Handling business development & sales for Software Development, Secured Storage Services, Software Product Development and Life Cycle, Supply Chain Solution, Warehousing Solution, Record Management, Logistics Management, Courier services.

Location- North India, South India, Mumbai.


Job details

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly pre decided sales target for the assigned region / area for SSS business
  • Continuous coordination with the finance team for the rate negotiation and approved agreement related to SSS customers
  • Generate the opportunity pipeline for organic and inorganic growth through direct engagement with the client
  • Develop high levels of engagement with clients to pitch solutions
  • Work closely with clients to identify gaps/ opportunities for sales prospects
  • Enhance and grow key accounts in the region through relationship building and maximize sale opportunities for SSS
  • Map customer needs and manage various stakeholders including pre-sales, finance, solutioning and delivery teams
  • Monitor and report key sales metrics including client pipeline,, client conversion ratio
  • Collaborates with the pre-sales and delivery team and be an interface to the client
  • Ensure all escalations and operational issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner

  • Leadership &Team Building Quality
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to handle pressure and accept additional responsibilities.
