Roles and Responsibilities

• Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Windows Servers 2008/2012/2016
• Experience in VMWare ESX and Virtual Centre virtualization technologies
• Responsible for all incidents, service requests and all alerts
• Work with appropriate hardware vendors / principle to keep all system up to date on firmware levels at the latest
• Strong Knowledge on Microsoft Clustering
• Experience in handling Anti-Virus Issues/Update/Installation
• Basic knowledge in DHCP/DNS .
• Windows Server provision & BA/VA MS-Patches/WSUS Client configuration
• Strong Knowledge of Troubleshooting skills on Windows server
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in OS related issues
• Patch management, Virus Management & Firmware upgrade
• Disk Administrator: Compact Partitions & Shares, Disk Quotas
• Working knowledge on any of monitoring tools like OP manager
• Working knowledge of VMware Hyper-V host and Guest OS management skills
