Great Influencer, Negotiator and Sales person in IT Consulting Services Business for Existing accounts
Responsible for Growth of existing Accounts and Newly acquired accounts
Frequent travel to US at client locations
Technically Strong in selling solutions in IT Services Domain(SFDC, SAP, Oracle, IT Security, Infra, MES, etc), Markets (US-mandatory, MiddleEast, South Africa and Europe), Industries (Manufacturing, Pharma, Hi tech, Finance, Education, Aerospace, Renewable Energy and Retail)
Presenting the capabilities and competencies of TRUGlobal to Clients. Coordinate with Practice and Delivery organizations in building compelling value propositions for clients
Responsible for building Proposals/Technical responses/SOWs/Quotes
Monthly connects with key Client stakeholders and Managers
Able to build Account Penetration plan based on strong Client relationships
Forecast Revenue growth on Annual and finetune on Quarterly basis
Build relations with CxOs of clients and their direct reports
Have detailed understanding of current Services provided by TRUGlobal and Build Portfolio of offerings tailored to client needs
Identify UpSelling and Crossselling opportunities to generate revenue through Projects, Managed and Staffing services
Actively participate in Customer Quarterly reviews
Closely coordinate with Fulfillment Manager for ensuring good CSAT
Closely coordinate with Delivery and PMO organization for ensuring good CSAT
Very good network of strong consultants and executives in key IT Services Domain(SFDC, SAP, Oracle, IT Security, Infra, MES, etc), Markets (US-mandatory, MiddleEast, South Africa and Europe), Industries (Manufacturing, Pharma, Hi tech, Finance, Education, Aerospace, Renewable Energy and Retail)
Coordinating with Delivery Managers and Technical Leads working with clients on weekly basis to identify opportunities in existing accounts
Arranging promising Demo's, walk throughs and ensure good progress of opportunities to faster closure
Responsible for end to end Opportunity to PO lifecycle
Education : BE/ BTech / MBA preferably from a renowned institute
Requirements:
Excellent Communication and Customer relationship / co-ordination skills
Capable of organizing events and interacting with Customers
MBA's aspiring to be Sales Managers.
Should have travelled to US multiple times in the past 5 years
Good understanding of US Geographies and ability to travel on demand to meet customers
Work timings US EST / PST ....
