Job Description
We have vacancy for the post of EVENTS ASSOCIATE in Qatar.[FREE RECRUITMENT]
COMPANY PROFILE:
The company is a novel institute that provides quality training for Dance, Music and Arts. A first of its kind in the Middle East established in 2001, it is considered to date to be the Biggest Performing Arts Academy in the region with more than 1,200 students (children & adults) representing over 80 nationalities. it is supported with fully equipped dance, music, and art studios at prime and central locations in Qatar and a registered office in London, UK. In addition to its milestones, it has been successively awarded by the Qatar Development Bank as one of the Top 50 SMEs in the country.
ACCOMODATION WILL BE GIVEN BY THE COMPANY
JOB DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing, negotiating, closing, implementing, and monitoring events related to initiatives of the academy
You must be capable to plan, organize, monitor events related activities
You are also expected to assist in developing and implementing the Center Operations Marketing and events activities/campaigns
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in English (Both oral and written)
Self-starter
Quick Learner
Ability to Multi-task
Team Player
Open to take up new challenges
Experienced working in a multi-cultural environment
