Job Description
We have vacancy for the post of CENTER OPERATIONS MANGER IN QATAR.[FREE RECRUITMENT]
COMPANY PROFILE:
The company is a novel institute that provides quality training for Dance, Music and Arts. A first of its kind in the Middle East established in 2001, it is considered to date to be the Biggest Performing Arts Academy in the region with more than 1,200 students (children & adults) representing over 80 nationalities. it is supported with fully equipped dance, music, and art studios at prime and central locations in Qatar and a registered office in London, UK. In addition to its milestones, it has been successively awarded by the Qatar Development Bank as one of the Top 50 SMEs in the country.
ACCOMODATION WILL BE GIVEN BY THE COMPANY.
JOB DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team.
Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.
Experience managing complex projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Must have experience of working in a corporate/business focused environment with excellent
negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
Proven track record of increasing revenue and managing P&L of business.
Hands on experience in formulating departmental strategy, policy and procedures, in alignment to the
business strategy.
Demonstrable leadership skills in a team management.
Experience in understanding competitive positioning/ customer needs and analyzing trends.
Ability to influence and persuade at all levels; with good public speaking background.
