Technology

2. Management of small development team

3. Requirement understanding and Client communication

4. Derive and Implement solutions as per the client's requirement

5.. Monitor project progress and work assignment of sub-ordinate

6. Project management

Technical skills:

Must have: ASP.NET, .NET, Javascript, MS SQL, JQuery, AJAX

Good to have: MVC, Angular, Web API, .NET core, TFS, DevOps, Azure
