Job Description
- Role and responsibilities as Test Lead includes support with deploying the applications, devices and product tested and ready for the production environment, including overall release management.
- Role conveys a good understanding of established concepts and procedures relating to the integration and flow of the application/product gained through extensive practical experience and
- conducts end-to-end application testing, ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and released properly into the production systems.
Primary skillset
- Media->Set Top Box, DVB and Android/iOS app testing.
- Consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment process.
- Recommend solutions based upon research that includes literature surveys, information available in public domains, vendor evaluation information, etc.
- Ability to work with client environment to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Follows application deployment processes to deliver tasks to support the execution of design and implementation of test plans.
- Supports the team to deliver activities related and test applications by designing, writing and updating test cases and test scripts if necessary.
- Activity includes E2E testing, regression, system integration, ad hoc testing, functional, and defect verification with bug fixes.
- Excellent communication skills to exchange ideas and logical way to support 3rd party vendors project teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Supports supervising the process of requirements revision, specifications and technical design in order to ensure smooth quality assurance processes.
- Experience working with Android and iOS application testing.
