We are looking for a highly creative Digital Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of relevant experience. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will strategize, implement and monitor digital marketing strategies to ensure we are exceeding the company goals and expectations. You will focus on our digital strategy including SEO, PPC, Retargeting Ads, Organic Website Traffic and Email Marketing to support outreach efforts and strengthen inbound digital efforts.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage in-house team for online lead generation, optimal search engine rankings, online reputation
Develop & manage lead generation campaign using Google, Facebook and LinkedIn
Increase brand awareness using social media marketing on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Manage and handle all digital marketing campaigns like SEO, SEM, SMO, PPC.
Building strategy for search engine optimization by using On-page and Off-Page SEO activity
Setting and optimizing Keyword Planner, Google AdWords and Search campaign
Executing internal & external link building activities
Setting up and building a successful inbound marketing program based on content marketing
Content calendar planning, working closely with content writer and creative agency for content development for digital campaigns, social media, website etc (blogs, case studies, sales presentation, newsletters etc)
Own the creation, launch, and reporting of all ad campaigns.
Report on ad campaign performance and make recommendations on how to better use paid ads to reach team goals.
Own the SEO and SEM strategy to increase organic inbound traffic.
Remains current on latest trends across all digital disciplines to ensure the most effective mix of digital strategies and tactics is developed to achieve objectives.
Participates as a strategic team contributor in planning, reviewing and sharing information related to assigned projects.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in the creation and execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Deep understanding of Google Analytics, social media ad platforms and Google Ads
Experience & certification (Inbound Marketing & CRM)
Experience in lead generation campaigns
Experience in SEO,SEM, SMO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing and web analytics/google analytics
In-depth knowledge of Ad Platforms: AdWords, Facebook Ads, Keyword Planner etc.
Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
Familiarity with general organic social media principles.
Quick learner with a passion for technology, software, and data.
Experience, interest, and/or knowledge of the customer experience and engagement markets and relevant verticals
Salary Range : 18K - 35K Inhand
