Full Stack Web Developer ( Nodejs ) @ Palvision

Job Description

You are a full stack web developer highly skilled in Javascript and are experienced in AWS environments, API and Webhook integrations. You are seeking a challenging environment that will expose you to new projects in a variety of domains including AI / Machine Learning, Microservices, Modern Backend and more.

• Write efficient code with a focus on performance, low latency, high availability and scalability
• Implement authentication, encryption and security within the applications
• Research and recommend cutting-edge tools, frameworks and techniques
• Enhance best practices for the full SDLC including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes
• Provide documentation of all new developments and updates

Experience/Knowledge Required

• High level of expertise in Javascript frameworks including Typescript and Node.js ecosystem
• Experience in front-end development in React.js
• Experience in databases including SQL and NoSQL models (eg MongoDB)
• Experience in developing Web services (REST & SOAP), Webhooks
• Experience in using AWS related services (ElasticCache, RDS, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB etc)
• Experience in using GraphQL
• Experience in OpenAPI standards
• Experience building and maintaining application/ services using Serverless Architecture
• Experience developing micro-service(s)
• Experience in developing multi-tenancy architecture
• Experience in Agile methodologies, benchmarking, code versioning (Git), testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest etc)
• Willingness to learn new technologies
