Job Description

Leading bank is looking for Chief Mgr / AVP - Robotic Process Automation and Digital Transformation.

Skills and Experience

Level of experience between 10-14 Years in Technology Implementations out of which at least 3-4 Years in implementing Robotics in BFSI sector

Experience in UiPath platform will be preferred

Understanding of Customer Journey and experience of designing digital solutions for same

Role Description

He / She will be responsible to partner with business teams, to build various technology / digital solutions for RPA Initiatives in Wholesale Bank Business.

Lead analysis and develop solutions for automating processes using RPA Tools

Communicate outcomes to promote Robotics Automation and Business Process transformation

Partner with FinTechs to leverage innovative solutions for the business

End to End Program Management of all initiatives in this business area

He / She will need to understand and build business requirements, design solutions, work with partners, IT to develop solutions and work with business teams to ensure that the solutions meet all the requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborating with business, operations, compliance, risk and other stakeholders for collection of requirements and have team build comprehensive BRDs.

2. Design solutions along with IT and Solution Providers

3. Track E2E Deliveries across all project stakeholders

4. Define Testing Strategy, guide team in testing plan / scenario definition and oversee the testing execution

5. Oversee resolution of any critical issues and escalate where necessary

6. Drive the roadmap of RPA Implemenations
