CUSTOMER SERVICE - INTERNATIONAL BPO

Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle Inbound calls from US customers
  • To deal with customers very patiently and efficiently
  • Efficiently solving customer queries
  • Interacting with business clients if needed
  • Attending 30 calls in a day.

Key skills:

Clear Communication, Ability to comprehend English very well, Good Listening Skills

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

(Freshers - UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Fresher)

  • Shift:

8:30 PM to 6:30AM

Saturday & Sunday Fixed off

  • Salary:

Range: Upto 20000 PM

Fixed Night Shift

Additional(s):

  • Fixed Weekly Offs
  • No Burden of calls
