Candidate must have strong experience with high volume recruitment in Greenfield & brownfield projects.
Possess a strong sense of Urgency & Flexibility.
Working with Recruitment, Selection of candidates, Offers, Salary negotiations, Interview techniques.
Discuss the "core" of the with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job.
Preparing daily and weekly Recruitment Reports, Meetings and Conference calls. Pre-interview preparation and Post-Interview follow-up.
Understanding of clients requirements. Regular interaction with the clients.
Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining. Maintain the candidates database of various levels. Proactive approach in helping the team on daily operations.

Candidate must be from Greater Noida.
Fresher or candidates having experience in Recruitment Consultancy
Good knowledge of the internet.
Decent communication skills.
