Greetings from RELIANCE COMMERCIAL FINANCE LIMITED!!!

We are hiring for Central Operations profile in Thane location.

Position:- Manager - Central Operations.

Location - Thane

Roles & Responsibilities: -

Collection DRE Updation:

• DRE Updation in Customers SOA basis request received from Central Collection Team for delinquent customers.
• Maintaining the Bank statement of accounts where customer doing the online payment of his pending/bounced EMI.
• Allocation of funds (EMI/CBC/LPP/FC) as per bifurcation received from Central Collection Team.
• Reconciling the Bank Statement & Collection request data basis Bank reference numbers.
• Rectifications are done on Collection Team request basis higher authority approval.

E-Net Payment:

• Responsible for doing payment to customers related to Disbursement, TDS & Excess amount refunds.
• Tracking the Online payment rejections & doing follow up with Branches for re-processing.
• Responsible for doing the Insurance payment to various insurance companies.
• Resolving Branch queries related to payment of Disbursement, TDS & Excess amount refunds.
• Co-ordinating with various Banks for addition of authorized signatories.
• Responsible for handling queries related to E-Net payments.
• Handling Vendor bills processing for Branches across PAN India.
• Monitoring the quarterly RTO letters preparation & circulation to all Branches across PAN India.

Other Activities:

• Credit balance checking of customers loan account & providing excess amount refund confirmation to refund team if customer not having any pending dues.
• Updation of foreclosure amount in customers loan statement & creation of loan closure request.
