Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
Key Responsibilities:
Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects
Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform
Share best practices and be consultative throughout the technical design of the project
Acting as a technical Point of Contact for all areas of the platform
Evaluate the requirements and suggest feasibility
Propose the solution approach for implementing the requirements
Minimize customizations and propose out of box capabilities of ServiceNow
Implement the solution and mentor other team members
Providing guidance on best practices to the client and developers
Maintaining increasing platform health and security
Assist with Incident resolution when needed
Analyse the impacts of configurations or customizations beyond the current scope of work
Ability to learn emerging or currently not in use features the tool very quickly
Desired Skills
Minimum 8 years of experience with the design, development, administration and support of service management platforms
Minimum 6 years of design, development administration experience of the ServiceNow platform
Competencies Desired
1. Functional: An ability to define at an architectural and design level of detail, technical solutions aligned with client business problems
Extensive experience with SOAP and REST integrations and associated security protocols.
2. Behavioral:Excellent communication skills which facilitate effective communication with all stakeholders who (technical or non-technical)
