The incumbent must be able to
- Must be an expert on Google Ads
- Must possess strong conversational & engagement skills
- Must be able to engage with high profile advertisers / customers
- Must be able to work with Digital Marketing agencies
- Must be an expert to cross-sell / upsell budget along with proficiency on Advanced Google Ad features
- Must be able to work with large / tough accounts with ease
- Must be self-driven, self-motivated, high on ownership to deliver results
- Must be able to create pipeline of leads and able to manage tough customers
- Must be adept in handling escalations (De-escalate where required & Negate escalations )
