Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
EMI QC
- Frequent review of process and fix gaps if any
- Identify key areas for automation
- Ensure TAT on payment apportion - IC4
- Ensure TAT on payment apportion - Online
- Liaise with internal & external customers on payment disconnects
- Identify Key Risk Indicator of the unit and ensure no breach
- Timely reporting of MI and monthly deck for review
- Timely submission of RCSA of the unit
- Timely review & closure of Open credits / debits of the unit
- Timely renewal of process note of the unit
Record Management Unit
- Frequent review of process and fix gaps if any
- Ensure TAT on retrieval and despatch of documents
- Timely circulation of critical MI & escalation there upon
- Identify Key Risk Indicator of the unit and ensure no breach
- Monthly reconciliation of Collateral documents with Operation hubs & Credit team
- Prepare monthly deck on key areas of the unit for senior management's review
- Liaise with OR, PMO, Business, Credit, OPS and other internal customer and ensure
- optimum utilization of File Tracking system
- Identify areas on cost saves within the unit
- Periodical reviews with external partners
- Quarterly reconciliation of files and collaterals stored with partners and ensure nil gaps Receipt reconciliation - Review the existing process and fix gaps if any
- Timely renewal of process note of the unit
- Timely submission of RCSA of the unit
- Shredding of customer files as per retention period
