Job Description
IoT Engineering
Task to do
- Designing and Developing IoT Devices, Sensors and Software
- Researching, creating, testing and documenting loT solutions
- Designing, coding and testing features of loT devices and being a full stack developer
- Providing solutions to issues related to the connection of networks and platforms
- Analyzing user needs and developing needed UI/UX data visualization tools
Skill required
- Can work across Linux OS, Chrome and Edge software, Cloud services, and IoT hardware.
- Important skills include being able to design software modules, quickly learn about new services, APIs, and software packages, and utilize them in the software being designed. Passion for solving customer problems in a collaborative manner, desire to work on leading-edge technologies, and good communication skills are a must for this position
- In-depth knowledge of computer programming and network security
- Competent knowledge of the sensors, machine learning, Big data and AI
- Experience working with front-end and back-end systems
- Experience with customer specific firmware and hardware
- Firm understanding of IoT architecture and principles
- Knowledge of device and data security & Expert knowledge of Linux OS
- Familiar with programming languages such as Embedded C, Embedded C ++, JavaScript, and Python
- Knowledge in Electromagnetic, Ultrasonic Water meter/Flowmeter IoT Local and remote monitoring Dashboard creation is added advantage
- Knowledge of software such as Thingworx, Netbeast, OpenSensors and Node-RED added advantages
- Knowledge and experience with IoT protocols and standards (MQTT, REST, LoRa, 6LoWPAN, Lora, WIFI, GSM/4G and BLE) is a plus
- Knowledge and experience with industrial technologies and protocols (Modbus, Profinet, sensors, actuators, PLCs) is a plus
- Work and work well with others
- Strong communication skills &Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel (after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted)
Background
Working as an IoT engineer requires a Bachelors degree in IT/Computer science, computer engineering or an equivalent technical field. Mastery and experience of Programming languages is important
Salary
The salary based on the Knowledge and Experience starts from 1.8 Lakhs to 2.4 Lakhs
