Job Description

Skills/Experience

Must have 2+ years of experience working in US tax-related areas.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a cross-functional, multinational team.
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills are required. Capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
Data analysis skills to identify fact patterns, anomalies, and errors.
Excellent written and oral English skills. Interest and aptitude for technology a plus.

Responsibilities

Supports US and global compliance by preparing
Withholding tax forms,
Transfer pricing forms,
US income tax forms, such as Forms 5471 and 8858,
Sales and use tax forms, and business license filings.
Support US compliance team with rolling forward tax return workpapers and preparing supporting calculations. Liaise with the Indian-based Global Accounting Operations Center to obtain financial information necessary to analyze and populate forms.
Assist with drafting intercompany agreements and maintenance of the listing of intercompany agreements.
Strong organizational and communication skills are needed to execute tasks while identifying and helping to drive process improvements.
Perform other related duties and provide ad hoc support, as necessary

Education

Required: Bachelors in Business, Economics, Finance, Tax or related field.
