Job Description

* Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Should have to provide IT Support and IT troubleshooting to Global users.
  • Have to provide technical resolution to Global users if they are facing an IT issue related to VPN, Outlook, O365 etc related issues through calls
  • Provide 1st Line Support to colleagues through calls & Chats.
  • Demonstrates a degree of creativity outside of standard procedures when making decisions to deal with issues.
  • To deliver outstanding service by understanding users IT and business needs
  • Timely completion of all trainings, time sheets & reports (if any).
  • Display ownership towards agreed process
  • Identify, highlight & work to fix process gaps
  • To provide centralised advice and support to users in line with contractual arrangements.
  • Provide single point of contact for contract users
  • Develop and maintain rapport with end users
  • Able to differentiate between numerous customer applications.
  • High level of User experience
  • Process adherence
  • Have work in 24/7 shifts.

Technical Skills Required:-


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Experience on troubleshooting Windows 8.1 & 10 operating environments
  • Experience with Office365, MS Teams & VPN tools.
  • Knowledge of O365, SLA, IP Address, MAC Address, Active directory, BSOD, Device Manager.
  • Good understanding of computer hardware fundamentals
  • Identify and resolve barriers to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to detail & ensure operational delivery with 0 errors.

* Immediate Joiners will be preferred only who are not working and serving N.P with Immediate Joining
