Interview Date- 29th April 2022
Interview Time- 04:00 PM to 09:00 PM
Interview Location- FCS SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, A-86, NOIDA-57.
Job Responsibilities:
-Handling Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing to Selection
-Understand & analyze the requirements assigned and sourcing the Resumes using various channels
-Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in US and visa types
-Work closely to meet timely submissions of qualified consultants against open requirements
-Advertising Jobs in Job Portals and Social Media like LinkedIn, Google Groups, etc
-Negotiating pay rates and contracts between vendors and candidates
-Handle Interviews, Closures, Paperwork & On Boarding
-Target attainment as assigned
-Preparing recruitment reports and weekly & Monthly MIS updation.
-To Regularly update the internal tools and adhere to the company policies and practices during the hiring process.
Job Requirements:
-Must posses good understanding of software technology, roles and skills
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong Knowledge of MS Office and general proficiency with computers
-Open to work onsite from 8 PM to 5 AM Night Shift
