Training and Engaging with existing as well as new partners to move up their productivity
Ensuring partners focus on acquiring quality clients
Driving partners to earn higher incentives
Engaging with partners to focus more on customer activation and moving up revenues
Regular Partner engagement through physical meeting, marketing activity and training session to drive up the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
A sales enthusiast with excellent interpersonal skills
Should be mobile and ready to do ground sales
Should have a total experience in Sales of about 5 to 8 years. At least 3 to 4 years of experience in B2B
NISM Equity Derivative certified( NISM Series- VIII)
NISM Mutual Fund certification (NISM Series V-A)
