Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Primary:
End to End recruitment
Conduct pre-qualifying telephonic screening on candidates.
Manage candidate flow within technology tools to ensure all data are accurate and updated
Monitor and report the quality and quantity of resumes on a daily/weekly basis
Track and report sourcing results
Identify and produce quality talent within 24-48 hours of intake calls using the internal database, job boards, references, social media, etc.
Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related to legal requirements
Assist candidates to process job applications and respond to queries
Organize and take part in interview procedures as required
Conducting & scheduling interviews, checking references and documents
Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries
Follow up with the team and assist with the candidates transition and on-boarding
Secondary:
A good team player and ability to work under pressure
Provides backup support for other LOB's
Joining confirmation calling and strong hold on referencing
MS Office skills
Partners closely with the Hiring Managers/ Team members
Proactively build a robust pipeline for future requirement
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates to apply with excellent communication skills only
Graduates in any stream with recruitment experience
Fresher's - MBA 2021 pass outs/2022 (Final semester appeared candidates)
Should have a broadband connection of min 40+mbps speed + OS: WIN10 + 8GB RAM
