The opportunity
Project: A major integrated resort in Goa. Would support through the preconstruction, construction and handover phases to deliver a resort. Total Land area is about 91.71 acres.
We are hiring an ambitious and forward-thinking design lead to join our established and growing team.
Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Directing the design team.
• 
  Organising and chairing design reviews and facilitating the value engineering of design consultants solutions.
• 
  Ensuring a cohesive design management process is adhered to throughout all stages of the scheme.
• 
  Monitoring compliance with the project brief.
• 
  Monitoring progress against the project scope.
• 
  Scheduling of design reviews at all gateways and control points.
• 
  Organising and managing technical review team resource and input.
• 
  Providing technical input for design consultants contracts where needed.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in coordinating and managing multiple stakeholders and demonstrate the ability to build robust, long-term relationships and integrated teams.
About you
You have a degree in design, architecture, engineering or equivalent. You are digitally savvy and can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. Proven experience working with hotel/resort projects from start through to completion. You will have construction or consultancy background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
Indian experience is a significant advantage.
