Project: A major integrated resort in Goa. Would support through the preconstruction, construction and handover phases to deliver a resort. Total Land area is about 91.71 acres.
Your responsibilities will include:

• 
  Ensuring the HVAC ducts, fittings, accessories and child water pipes, fittings, and accessories are available and approved by the inspection department prior to installation.
• 
  Seeking approved HVAC shop drawings, MEP coordination drawings, work method statement and project specifications from the project engineer.
• 
  Ensuring sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are available for installation.
• 
  Coordinating with other disciplines and ensure site clearance is available to start the HVAC activities.
• 
  Arranging sufficient manpower such as supervisor, foreman, duct fitter, pipefitter, assistant duct and pipefitter and ensuring all of them attended safety orientation and have proper PPE's prior start installation activities at the site.
• 
  Providing approved HVAC shop drawing, MEP coordination drawing to the site supervisor and informing them to shift the required ducting and piping approved material from warehouse to site and arrange required material to avoid progress delay.
• 
  Maintaining a safe construction of HVAC and chilled water piping activities are carried out in accordance with the company's safety policies and procedures ensuring that appropriate safety and protective equipment is used by company and contractor staff.
• 
  Monitoring closely the site activities to ensure the quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawings and specification and get a daily progress reports from site supervisor (or) foreman and update to project engineer (or) manager.
• 
  Preparing relevant documents to conduct an inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC inspector.
• 
  Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawing and standard
• 
  Preparing the relevant documents to conduct testing inspections such as Duct light testing for Ducts and Hydro test for Above ground and Underground chilled water piping, systems.
• 
  Assisting the commissioning team in the pre-commissioning and commissioning stages of all HVAC equipment.
• 
  Assisting the project engineer during the preparation of final test reports, as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manual and handing over the project to client.

About you
You have a degree qualification in mechanical engineering and a member of a professional body. You have worked on integrated resort and hospitality projects.
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You have cost or commercial management experience in managing major construction projects, including retail and commercial projects within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike.
