Job Description

Job Functions /Responsibilities:

An IPM's responsibility is to manage interface/Interoperability projects for our clients and develop business process flows. Interface implementations include but not restricted to,

Labs and Radiology

Dental Interface

Transcription

Hisp

Interoperability Hub

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope

Effectively apply eClinicalWorks methodology and enforce project standards

Discuss and understand client workflow; identify limitations and propose alternatives/workarounds

Develop project plans, drive the execution of project plans and monitor the project status

Ensure the project documents are complete, current, stored appropriately

Track and report Project Management hours on a daily/weekly basis

Understand eClinicalWorks interface pricing model and billing procedures

Identify business development and "add-on" sales opportunities

Lead meetings with clients and vendors to move forward with key tasks

Hold regular status meetings with project team both internal and external

Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors

Resolve and/or escalate significant process bottlenecks, anticipated delays and critical path analysis

Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully and say no skillfully

Set and manage client expectations of overall project implementation

Develop lasting relationships with clients, and continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction

Comply with and help to enforce company's and team's policies and procedures

Ensure that the project is completed on-time and constructed with quality and safety

Backing up projects for other IPM's when they are on leave

Transition the project to support and create necessary transition document

Skills/Abilities:

Basic understanding of Architecture

Basic understanding of Servers (Application, Database & FTP)

Basic Networking Concepts

Excellent inter personal skills.

Excellent Spoke and written English

Excellent Analytical Skills

Willing to work 24/7, primarily night shifts

Basic Knowledge about MS office

Educational Requirements:

Any Graduate in Computer Science ( BSC IT, BCA , BE , B Tech, MCA etc)

OR

Any Graduate with completion of technical courses like GNIIT etc (which involves more than 2 years of technical training)
