Job Description

Service Delivery Manager - DataCenter  
Accountable and responsible for round the clock Data center and Disaster Recovery operational support that includes Data Center (Managed by third party), Server (Wintel and Linux), Citrix, Backup and Storage environments.
Accountable for infrastructure availability, stability, capacity, scalability, reliability and quality of the tower.
Strong experience and hands on exposure on Data Center technologies.
Expertise in driving major incidents for DC tower.
Responsible for delivering services as per SLAs and contractual commitment.
Experience in global service delivery model and managed services model.
Setup appropriate delivery structure (Project, People & Process) for enabling delivery in reasonably complex to very complex projects/programs.
Experience in ITIL model and ServiceNow modules for Incident, Change and Problem management.
Assess risks in advance through data analytics and proactively plan to mitigate to ensure on time delivery.
Experience in front facing customers, drive customer engagement, relationship and better CSAT.
Should have experience in engagement with top executives at customer.
Manage escalations on delivery issues with Customer and internal stakeholders.
Responsible in driving a team located in multiple locations.
Having experience and exposure working in Onsite and Offshore model.
Good articulation and people management skills. 

Required Candidate profile

"As a Senior Project Manager, you are responsible for end to end project management for set of projects of Medium to High complexity - includes project planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and people management. Span of Project Manager may be of 40 FTEs and above, (2-4 M), and may have few Project Managers reporting into the role aswell."
