15 years to 20 years of relevant work experience in Industrial Sales & Marketing with heavy engineering industry or Pressure Vessels or Heat Exchanges or similar products / projects.
Strong B2B sales & marketing experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop team of sales managers & subordinates
Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Proven financial acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Ability to achieve yearly targets for own and team
Excellent in Customer Relationship, Negotiations, Team Management, Key Account Management, etc.
Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
CTC: Rs 35 lpa to Rs 45 lpa (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualification)
