Job Description

We are looking for solid enthusiastic leaders to handle our US IT Projects. We are hiring Technical Project Managers with strong background in coding as well as in team handling with an attitude to get the work done .

Position Details:

• Location: Brilliant Spaces, Vijay Nagar Scheme 78, Indore (M.P)
• Position Title: Technical Project Manager
• Work Days: 5 days a week - Monday to Friday
• Office Timings : 7:00 pm - 4:30 am IST (Cab Facility for Female Employees)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Managing the entire project life cycle - conceptualization, design, development, Q/A, maintenance and new version up gradation.
2. Run Daily Scrum and experience with other Agile/TDD ceremonies
3. Plan, schedule, track and report on project timelines and milestones using project management software tools.
4. Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
5. Prepare project status report regularly using established metrics to monitor and report on the progress of the project, and communicate on a regular basis the status with Stakeholders and project team.
6. Help the team during each phase in Development, Technical Solution, Project Architecture, and Deployment.
7. Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• Overall 7+ years with at least 2+ years in team management.
• Must have hands on exp. in development in either backend or frontend technologies like (Java, Python, Ruby, Big Data, Nodejs, PHP, Dot Net, Angular, React, Vuejs, JavaScript, AWS, GCP etc.)
• Strong technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Must have good project management skills and experience in handling international clients & escalation management.
• Experience in leading a development team following agile methodology.
• Dynamic personality and Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills and team management skills.
