Job Description

Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Solution Architect
Experience: 12+ Years
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Vizag/Kolhapur
Shift Time: May need to work in shifts from time to time

Responsibilities:

Own & drive functional requirements, solution architecture, design, implementation & rollout of enterprise apps using latest offerings of Dynamics 365 ERP Business Central
Drive customer meetings, solution discussions & project workshops with customer & project stakeholders from functional perspective
Prepare project documentation & provide training to end customers as part of project delivery
Actively contribute to Practice growth with hands-on involvement in strategy planning and presales
Manage Practice team members including career planning, mentoring, driving competency development, helping with certifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent discipline
Extensive experience in developing business apps leveraging latest modules of Dynamics 365 ERP Business Central and preferably Finance & Operations
Hands-on experience in previous versions of Dynamics ERP (e.g. AX, Navision)

Must have:

12+ years of end-to-end, hands-on functional implementation experience
Hands-on expertise across various industry domains (manufacturing, retail, healthcare, energy, banking & finance, etc.)
Well-versed with delivering projects using agile & waterfall SDLC methodologies, cross-shore delivery models
Good to have solid understanding of Azure, CI-CD & DevOps
