Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
Experience:4+ years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead or part of digital marketing team to develop paid campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
2. Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users
3. Prepare and circulate daily reports on campaign performance sharing insights on key parameters
4. Optimize the campaigns regularly in order to ensure optimal lead generation
5. Research competition, investigate and set benchmarks and deliver on strategies for improvement.
6. Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with objectives across different channels and segments, creating a strategic framework to set and evaluate goals for every campaign.
Skills:
1. Should possess good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
2. Must possess excellent convincing skills
3. Should be prompt and persuasive
4. Should be prudent with long term approach with the organization
5. Should be able manage paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads and FB Ads
6. Must possess strong knowledge of setting up Ad accounts and maximizing campaign performance at optimal cost
7. Should have handled digital marketing budget directly and displayed scalability
