Profile: Customer Service Professional (Technical Voice Process)

Key Responsibilities:

Job Description:

  • Answer inbound calls /goals established by the client and contact center management.
  • Achieve quality targets by effectively communicating benefits of products and services to customers.
  • Consistently achieve call and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed by Sitels Client Sales through Customer Service
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Basic computer skills (e.g. hardware, operating systems, internet)
  • Technical proficiency/experience with Internet applications ( Applicable if its technical queue) Knowledge of Mac and Windows Operating Systems, Home Networking and Familiarity with common Email Clients is preferred
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications;
  • Knowledge on internet concepts
  • Ensure that adherence to required shift schedules is observed at all times.
  • Working knowledge on ISP (a plus)
  • Supply high-quality service in accordance with given processes and procedures.
  • Consistently utilize scripts, Knowledge Center tools and Hot News according to call center and client procedures.

Qualification: Under Graduate or above

Job location: Hyderabad (Hi Tech City Cyber pearl).

Shift: US Shifts (Rotational)

Compensation: 1.68 LPA (Excluding Incentives)

Location: Hyderabad (Hi Tech City Cyber pearl).

Walkin Date:26th Nov 19(Tuesday)

Venue : Cyber Pearl, B Block, Unit II, 2nd Floor HITEC City, Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana 500082

Timings : 12 Noon to 6 Pm
