We are looking for Recruitment Lead NON IT at Hyderabad Location.

Description:

Must have handled a team of recruiters.
Mentor and guide the recruiters for accomplish the tasks.
Work experience in talent acquisition in dashboards and social media sites.
Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in multiple clients
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
