Job Description

In this role candidate will be leading SOC Power and Binsplit projections and optimization for the server SOC Potential candidate will be collaborating with worldwide cross groups to drive Power and Binsplit optimization to meet SOC power performance goals Correlate Pre Si power and actual power performance on silicon to meet product quality goals Collaboration with worldwide cross-functional teams

Engage with chip designers and software model engineers to define validation requirements and analyze silicon results Performing statistical analysis to observe data trend Comprehensive understanding from product architecture to silicon learning Drive to maximize power and thermal efficiency to improve product competitiveness Influence product definition starting from Path finding Technology readiness phase

As part of a highly technical team you will have the opportunity to interact across various corporate teams dealing with performance power delivery process and quality and reliability Model design for optimization of performance features and manufacturing yield In addition to the qualifications listed below the ideal candidate will also demonstrateo

Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skill

Strong analytical and problem solving skill Effective teamwork with both internal and external teams customers.

Mentoring skills towards other Engineers including technical guidance

BS MS in Electrical Electronic Engineering or equivalent with more than 8 years experience in semiconductors industry
