Job Description :
- To oversee the ISMS/Quality projects and ensure adequate resources are available.
- To ensure completion of the projects as per Quality Standards and time schedule.
- Building a ISMS/Quality Assurance culture in the organization.
- To ensure customer satisfaction through continuous process improvements.
- To evolve, formulate, implement and maintain a ISMS/ QMS appropriate to the organization.
- To ensure that ISMS/Quality system documentation is followed and Quality plans implemented.
- Train and monitor the performance of ISMS/QMS internal auditors.
- To ensure internal audits are conducted regularly which includes preparation of audit schedule and internal audit reports.
- To ensure that Non-Conformities are detected during internal audits are recorded and CAPA are implemented effectively.
- Coordination of Certification audit and Surveillance audits for QMS 9001:2015 and ISMS 27001:2013. Follow up of closing of audit observations.
- To ensure MRM are conducted regularly and follow up the implementation of CA and agreed upon during management reviews.
- To update QMS and ISMS Manual, Procedures, Policies, Risk Assessment Plan, SoA and formats.
- To create awareness among the team on ISMS/QMS.
- Liaise with external agencies and customers in matter pertaining to Quality systems.
