Roles and Responsibilities

Hiring Team Lead - Operations / Trainer for Content Moderation Process


-- Should have working experience in support preferred CoMo (Content Moderation)

-- Should have knowledge on working with Image level reviews and should be familiar with CoMo  policies and norms

-- Good People and Team Management skills

-- Should have basic understanding of common Operational Metrics/Practices

-- Should have Hands-on experience in Team management and KPI's like AHT, Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupancy, Rostering, NPS/Csat and Dsat calculations

-- Candidates have Green/Yellow Belt Certified will have an added advantage


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should have experience as Trainer / Team lead in Content Moderation
  • Strong hold on English (Read/Write/Comprehend) and good verbal fluency in the language
  • Willing to work in Night Shift
  • Looking for candidates can join immediately or max 30 days
