Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring for Senior Manager Leasing & CRM for Bangalore location.
Position Manager/ Senior Manager Leasing & CRM
Location- Bangalore
Experience 8-12 yrs.
About the Role-
- This is a front-end warehouse leasing CRM profile.
- The role incumbent will be responsible for all interactions with Lessees post execution of the LOI including but not limited to documentation, coordination of works, execution of definitive agreements, etc
Industry- Industrial Developer/ Industrial Real Estate Developer.
Experience- Experience in Leasing, Industrial Leasing, Leasing of Warehouse, Industrial Park, Logistics Park, Commercial Leasing, Retails Leasing, Leasing of Industrial Properties.
Qualification-
- Graduate
- PGD/ MBA will be preferred.
- Experience in Leasing is MUST
- Experience in Industrial Leasing, Leasing of Logistics Park, Industrial Park, Industrial Land
- Should have handled CRM for Sales, BD, Leasing.
Skills required
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Broad understanding of warehousing and industrial parks leasing process.
- Diligent adherence to process and documentation
- Basic knowledge of the legal terms for leasing a space would be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Warehousing and Industrial Building specs would be an added advantage.
- Should be able to co-ordinate with various departments internally as well as within client set-up for closure of transactions.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Broad understanding of warehousing and industrial parks leasing process.
- Diligent adherence to process and documentation
- Basic knowledge of the legal terms for leasing a space would be an added advantage.
